Learn with Bruce can help you through coaching and mentorship.  Through 45 years of experience in virtually every role in business and/or sports coaching, it all comes down to leadership through positive encouragement, support, and learn by doing. 

The time it takes to see results depends on several factors, including the services you choose, the competitiveness of your industry, and your own circumstances.  Whether an entrepreneur, an employee, an athlete, or a coach, it takes time, effort, practice, perseverance, and commitment.  Everyone learns at a different pace, but it all begins with a single step in a positive direction. 

Learn with Bruce is a culmination and continuation of learning, from 65 years of real life events and over 45 years of business experience, mixed with over 20 years of youth sports coaching.  I grew tired of working 12+ hours-a-day for a corporation that would replace me in a New York Minute if it served THEIR purpose.  I also missed out on too many family events and memories because I was "working".  I decided to break free and be present before it was too late.  I have also grown frustrated with the negativity in the world today and decided to switch the script and promote a basis of positivity and encouragement, whether in the boardroom or on the playing field.

It begins with "Attitude & Effort".  In life, whether in business or personal, it all begins with your Attitude & Effort.  Those are the only two things that you control.  You cannot control others.  You do not control the circumstances.  You can only control your Attitude & Effort.  You can put whatever adjective you choose before each of those words to determine the outcome.  You can have a great attitude and poor effort, but you won't get great results.  You can have a lousy attitude and great effort, but you still won't have great results.  Only when you have a Great Attitude and Great Effort will you achieve Great Results.  It's a choice.  And you have the power to choose, everyday.  

I focus on Baby Boomers because those of us age 50+ grew up with a different set of skills and beliefs than Gen X (1965 - 1980, Millennials (1981 - 1996), Gen Z (1997 - 2012, or Gen Alpha (2013 - today).  We grew up believing that if you give the company that you work for, your loyalty and commitment, they will give it back to you.  That's not so today.  Your years of valuable experience equate to a cell on spreadsheet that is subject to change in order to enhance the corporate SHORT-TERM financial results.    I've also seen too many Boomers who are now faced with needing to supplement their income, either retirement (Social Security & savings)  or current paycheck,  in order to keep their house and/or continue to live the lifestyle that had grown accustomed to.  It was recently reported that if you made $80,000 a year in 1980, today you would need to earn $260,000 to maintain the same buying value.  That's insane!  How many of us created our retirement savings strategy 40 years ago, only to find out that it was grossly undervalued?  But, it's not too late!  There is still time to add to your retirement/savings, through the power of the internet.  If you have a computer, a smartphone, and a couple hours a day to commit to "work", you too can grow your nest egg and improve the financial goals that you dreamed of.
