My Story
Faced with retirement after 45 years of working 12+ hours-a-day, both for myself and major corporations, I was frustrated, burned out, and disappointed in the company that I was working for at the time. The idea of looking for another company to work FOR, I came to the realization that I am too young to retire and too old to hire. I have a passion for teaching and coaching others. It was time to invest in myself and be my own boss once again. I'm never going to reach my financial goal working for someone else. Not in today's economy!
San Diego Native
I was born and raised in San Diego, only to go away during my college years. I am an alumnus of Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, where I obtained my Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Industrial Relations. I've been a licensed insurance broker for 45+ years and even dabbled as a Real Estate Salesperson for a few years. I've now moved onto teaching & coaching, which is what I've always loved to do!
My Wonderful Family
This is what it is all about and what it is all for. They are my world and my "WHY" I do anything and everything. In the end, this is the only thing that matters. I am so Blessed to have such an amazing family and to have them close by. Here's to many more years of making incredible family memories!
